If you’re in a hurry or baking is just not your thing, thankfully, there are many ways to get creative in the kitchen without turning on the oven, like with this awesome recipe. This is hands-down the most refreshing, guilt-free cake you will ever eat.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, this cake is organic, gluten-free, vegan and added sugar-free: perfect way to please each one of your guests and the kids!
- Big watermelon slices
- Big, medium and small square/circle cutters
- For decoration: Edible flowers or fresh mint leaves. You can also top it with a spoonful of whipped cream, if you like.
Use a sharp knife to cut big round circles and peel the rind off your watermelon.
Use the big, medium and small cutters to cut out three square/circle pieces.
Stack the watermelon pieces on top of each other on a serving dish. Refrigerate.
For decoration and added deliciousness:
Cut individual mint leaves or edible flowers right before service. Sprinkle on top of your mini cake or between each tier.
Serve and SURPRISE!
