KALE CHIPS RECIPE
Preheat your oven to 300F, grab a bunch of Kale leaves and get started!Remove the stems and wash thoroughly.Tear Kale leaves into chips size pieces and, in small batches, spin the leaves dry in a salad spinner. Toss the dry leaves with 1-2 Tablespoons of your favorite dressing! I LOVE the citrus mix of olive oil and lemon juice. Use your hands to distribute the dressing evenly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the leaves into a single layer to ensure all chips are evenly baked and not soggy.Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper, or any other seasoning you like. Pop the tray in the oven, and……after just 8-10 minutes, the chips will be done! Set your timer and keep an eye on the kale. If the chips burns, they’ll be bitter.Once the kale’s out of the oven, season with a squeeze of lemon juice. Cool for just a few minutes on the baking sheet to allow the kale chips to crisp up even more.
Crunch on and remember to share!Next time you’re craving something with crunch, reach for these yummy chips!
